Chef/owner Jason Munn opened Syrahs of Jasper on May 13, 2014 and has been changing the Jasper dining landscape ever since. Our name is inspired by the Syrah(Shiraz) grape varietal which is grown around the world and which inspires fine cuisine. We invite you to experience our menu’s blend of playful inspiration created with the best local, fresh ingredients. Pair your meal with an exceptional bottle of wine or craft beer while enjoying our relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

“I have now eaten at this restaurant 5 times and each time it has been phenomenal!!! The elk tenderloin is so perfectly prepared it literally melts in your mouth. Their NY strip is of the highest quality, probably the best I have ever had. If you are on the fence about trying this restaurant, do your taste buds a flavor and take the plunge. “My boyfriend and I just happened to stop by this restaurant. The sign on the door stated that reservations were recommended, so I just kept walking. My boyfriend decided to go in and ask if we could get a table. Luckily, it was a apparently a slow night and we were seated immediately. Then, another note on the menu that stated that all food is freshly prepared and if you don’t have two hours for dinner, please inform your server. We looked at each other, silently calculating the time requirements, but decided to stay. We are so glad that we did. We anticipated a long wait for our meal, but that was not the case. We ordered cocktails, an appetizer to share, soup, our main courses, and dessert. Each course was perfectly timed and absolutely amazing in taste and quality. The meal was $125 before tip, which is a true bargain for what you get. The service was impeccable, but not intrusive. The ambience was quiet, quaint and relaxing.

“We stumbled across this restaurant by sheer fluke after having a horrible dinner at Earl’s the night before. We did not have a reservation, but they managed to squeeze my husband and I in. The food was phenomenal! We went back four years later and it is still wonderful! They also have a Sommalier there to help you with your wine selection. You will not be disappointed with your dining experience here!”
