Chef Jason Munn hails from Saint John, New Brunswick but worked his way up the kitchen ranks in Edmonton, Alberta. While in Edmonton, Jason received his Red Seal from NAIT in 1999. With skill and innovation, Jason quickly won the role of Chef at Nina’s Restaurant & Piano Bar before moving to The Copper Pot as Head Chef. In 2003, Jason moved to the beautiful resort community of Jasper, Alberta where he has been the Chef at several top destinations including Pyramid Lake Resort and The Jasper Inn Alpine Resort. With Syrahs of Jasper, Jason has realized his lifelong dream of owning his own restaurant.
